Hello, I'm Simon.
Kittiwake Software is me: a software developer in Lowestoft. When you get in touch, you talk to the person who will do the work.
What I do
My background is in the software businesses run on behind the scenes: systems for companies whose engineers go out to jobs, the digital forms that replace their paperwork, and the certificates, reports and dashboards the office depends on. I've built that kind of system more than once, for different businesses, so I know where the awkward parts are.
Alongside that I build websites and mobile apps, and I'm comfortable with the whole of a project: the screens people use, the database underneath, and the hosting that keeps it running.
In my own time I make games, as BodgeWorks Games.
You'll see "we" on the rest of this site, because that's how a company talks. The person doing the work is me.

Software needs looking after once it's live, and I stick around to do it.
The name comes from the kittiwakes that nest along Lowestoft's seafront every summer.
